If you have completed a cross-chain token bridge swap but are unable to see “Withdrawal Item” button to withdraw your tokens on the destination network then this article should help you.

We’ll start with a few troubleshooting steps and if the issue is not resolved then you can submit a ticket for our team to review your transaction.

Troubleshooting Steps

NOTE: Our bridge works best on desktop / laptop chrome browsers.

1. If you are unablet to see “Wtihdrawal Item” button to withdraw your tokens on the destination network, that means you are on the wrong network. See below as an example where the user is connected on Rinkby Testnet and there is one withdrawal item with no option to withdraw as this was sent to BSC Testnet.

2. Please switch your network in MetaMask to the right destination network and you should be able to see the “Withdrawal Item” button.
